We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

1.Your initial deposit is required to reserve your date and is NON REFUNDABLE, this also acknowledges that you accept the terms and conditions as illustrated in this service agreement. Minimum deposit is 20% of total cost.
2. Full payment is due 30 days before your event date. Should you fail to complete all payments and deposits required prior to the deadlines illustrated in this contract, NO cake will be made and your order will be cancelled.
3. Orders made within 30 days of the event date will require full payment to confirm your booking.
5. Should you change your mind on the design or type of cake you want, you may do so up to 30 days before your event date. Please note any changes made MAY occur additional charges based on current pricing. Changes made after the 30 day deadline, may not be possible, and are at the discretion of Luxx Weddings & Events and That’s Delish. You will be issued an new invoice to reflect these chances. Normal payment conditions apply.
6. Deposits received for the hire of equipment will be returned once the equipment is returned to the event planner or cake artist. If damage or lost your deposit will not be refunded.
7. A minimum charge of $80 is applied to all cakes for Delivery and Setup on the day of the event. Delivery and set up is always arranged by That’s Delish and is Not Negotiable. This $80 fee covers delivery to your venue (Perth metro and outer suburbs) This zone for delivery includes up to 100km from the cake artists house (Yangebup). Additional charges for delivery beyond 100km will be charged at $10 per 20km.
8. That’s Delish is not responsible for any damage to the cake after set up is complete. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table at your venue, and weather conditions in Perth may not be suitable for your cake to be displayed outside. All cakes are required to be displayed in a temperature controlled room, the optimal temperature of 24℃ or below, this will ensure your cake is not affected by the weather conditions.
9. Whilst That’s Delish is open to cater for specific dietary requests, the machinery used does come in contact with milk, wheat, cocoa, soy and other allergy causing ingredients. It is the responsibility of the client to advise us if they require and specific dietary cakes, and although That’s Delish will take every precaution necessary to cater for requests, completely FREE of milk, wheat, nuts, cocoa soy etc. cannot be guaranteed e.g. some packaging may state ‘May contain traces of “ It is the responsibility of the client to advise their guests of this above statement.
10. Any cake designs featured in magazines or on the internet, if labelled with a maker’s mark, may fall under copyright laws. Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
11. Should you want the exact cake, That’s Delish may be required to ask permission to replicate from the original maker, therefor it is said that I can make that cake with a few slight changes to make it
unique. Any original creations by That’s Delish are the property of That’s Delish.
12. Every effort is made to complete your cake to your expectation. We encourage the use of pictures or cakes to create inspiration to provide a guide to the final look. Please be aware that blues and purples, in any shade, in Australia, cannot be guaranteed. Due to changes in the making of the colours they are now unstable and will change colour when exposed to direct light. Humidity will also influence sugar flowers and figurines. Made well ahead of time and applied to the cake completely set, humidity which cannot be predicted will cause these to become soft again and may look wilted. Every effort will be taken to avoid disappointment with the overall look.
13. Fresh flowers can be applied to your cake, however there are rule as to what flowers and how they can be used. That’s Delish is not a florist so it is up to you to discuss with your florist if the flowers are safe to use. Fresh flowers on cakes are considered decoration only and are not edible. We will take responsibility to work with your florist in the application of the flowers and provide the appropriate barriers to make sure your cake remained edible. Typically, the cake is delivered undecorated and flowers applied on site. Once we are satisfied and leave the venue we are no longer
responsible if the cake or flowers are moved.
14. Photos taken by That’s Delish of the cake during and at completion of set up are the property of That’s Delish. These images are used for reference and/or promotion of my business without compensation to the client. 
15. We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations, however in the event there is an issue with the cake or you are unhappy for any reason you must
contact Thats Delish immediately so that your concerns can be addressed.
16. Cancellation and Refunds - If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your intended event date, there will be no refunds to any payments made (including the deposit). If cancellation occurs within 60 days of your event, no deposit will be reimbursed with up to 50% of the total amount paid till date forfeited. By paying a deposit for the services of That’s Delish, the client agrees that once paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If an event is required to be postponed for any reason, arrangements may be agreed for an alternative date (subject to availability). However, full payment of quoted price for services must be received 30 days prior to the initially booked event date. Failure to do so will render this service agreement null and void with no alternative date for services initially engaged being rescheduled for the client.
17. LIABILITY: You agree to assume full responsibility for your event guests and agree to indemnify and hold That’s Delish harmless from and against all bodily injury, property damage or
consequential damages which may result from That’s Delish services and provision of your event cake. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake, or shortage of cake, caused by a guest,
caterer, or any other person not employed by That’s Delish.
18. In the event of transportation problems, delays in product delivery, severe weather conditions, acts of God, illness, or other causes beyond our control, That’s Delish will do everything possible to provide you with your cake as requested.
